Contacting Client Support
If you need help using Roar (RC or RR), please submit your support request one of the following ways:
- Email: icds@psu.edu
- Service Portal: Submit a ticket via ServiceNow
- Support Ticket : Submit through the Roar portal
Our team of HPC experts will respond as quickly as possible.
Before You Write
- Search the ICDS documentation.
- Search the web using the exact error text and tool name.
- If the job/problem is large, try to reproduce with a smaller/sample example first.
Office Hours
ICDS Client Support hosts virtual office hours on Zoom every Thursday and Friday from 12 pm to 1 pm EST.
Feel free to drop by with your questions or issues for real-time support.
On Demand Support
If you are unable to make our scheduled office hours, you can also schedule an on-demand session with one of our support staff.
On-demand sessions are available during business hours, Monday through Friday. For times outside of these hours, contact us for more details.
