Support requests
Support requests can be submitted in three ways:
- Email: icds@psu.edu
- Service Portal: via ServiceNow
- Support Ticket : through the Roar Portal
Before you write
- Search the User Guide.
- Search the web using the exact error text and tool name.
- If the failed job is large, try to reproduce the error with a smaller example first.
Office hours
ICDS Client Support hosts virtual office hours on Zoom every Thursday and Friday from 12 pm to 1 pm EST; drop by with your questions for real-time support.
On-demand support
If you are unable to make our scheduled office hours, you can also schedule an on-demand session with one of our support staff.
On-demand sessions are available during business hours, Monday through Friday. To schedule a session, go here. For times outside these hours, contact us for more details.
